Summit Horsemanship and Equine Events is more than just a stable – it's a community of riders, trainers, and equine enthusiasts.

I am Coach Amy Beck and I am the owner of Summit Horsemanship. I recently moved to Silver City, NM from Bozeman, MT. I am a Level II American Riding Instructor’s Association certified coach with over 20 years of teaching experience with western pleasure, western equitation, hunter and English equitation flat and fences showing experience. I teach up to 3’3”. I coached the Montana State University’s IHSA team for 7 years. I was named one of America’s Top 50 Riding Instructors in 2009 and was featured on the cover of Riding Instructor Magazine in 2012. I teach riders from ages 5 and up and look forward to helping you reach your equestrian goals!

Boarding

Summit Horsemanship offers full-care boarding

and layover stays!

Twice daily feeding and mucking
Choose between grass or alfalfa hay

Horse Training

Colt Starting and Tune-Ups

4-5 trainer encounters weekly

Book your pony party with us today!

Includes 1 hour of hands-on with horses and guided round pen rides followed by 1 hour use of the facility for food and drinks.
